Who we are – Immo Matas Switzerland

We are Sandrine Matas and Inès Matas, partners, owners and managing directors of Immo Matas Switzerland.

We support clients based in Switzerland or Northern Europe with their real estate project in Spain, through a structured and personalised approach.

Immo Matas Switzerland is a recently established company, born from a simple observation: too many Swiss clients feel left alone, poorly informed or insufficiently supported when purchasing property in Spain.

We have chosen to build a different approach, based on transparency, attentive listening and genuine support at every stage of the project. Our role goes beyond property search: we coordinate the entire process — before, during and after the purchase — to secure every decision and avoid costly mistakes.

Acting as a single point of contact for our clients, we serve as a link between Switzerland and Spain, relying on a local presence and a trusted network of partners on the ground.

Our priority is to offer clear, human and structured support, with full independence, enabling our clients to move forward with confidence in their real estate project.

Our role is to secure your project: understanding your needs, selecting properties that genuinely match your objectives, coordinating the different steps and supporting you throughout the entire process.

We remain your main point of contact before, during and after the purchase.

We work with trusted collaborators based directly in Spain, in the Barcelona area, along the east coast from Valencia to Alicante, and in the Malaga region.

We provide administrative support and overall project coordination, while a member of our team is present on site to accompany you during property visits, facilitate communication and provide translation when needed.

This organisation allows our clients, whether based in Switzerland or Northern Europe, to benefit from both centralised support and local assistance on the ground.
